Our site uses an order form for you to purchase our products. We collect your contact information (like your email address) and financial information (like credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary.

You may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is only used to charge you for the products that you purchase and never sold or shared with other parties.

Important Notices before You Place your order.

VIN NOTICE:

Although supplying your VIN number is listed as an option, orders placed without supplying the VIN number are not returnable under any circumstances. Orders that include the VIN number are double checked for accuracy in our OEM parts and accessory catalogs and are guaranteed to be correct. If you are ordering parts for more than one vehicle, put the primary vehicle in the VIN request box and put any subsequent VIN numbers in the comment box below.

ORDER PROCESSING ADDENDUM: EFFECTIVE 11/15/2010

First time customers are restricted from using an alternate “Ship to” address for the first two orders or a 45 day time span has elapsed at our discretion. Your order will be shipped to your billing address. In the event your billing address is a PO Box additional verification will be required as we only use UPS and FedEx to ship. In the event you would like to have your order shipped to your place of employment, or a business address, please put the name of the business in the first line of the “Ship To” address, include your work or business number and a contact name.

ORDER PROCESSING

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order, nor does it mean a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to cancel your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Please only click on the submit button once. An order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually, this is instant) after you have submitted the order. If for any reason you did not get your email confirmation or not sure if the order went through, please contact us before attempting to submit it again.

CREDIT CARD / FRAUD PREVENTION

Each order will not be charged until the item(s) actually leaves our warehouse (usually within 24 to 48 hours for in stock parts). To prevent fraudulent activities, We will conduct address verification through the customer's credit/debit card issuer to confirm customer's identity, billing address and to verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.

Having the correct billing address at the time of order is your responsibility, if your order fails our security check you must contact your card issuer or bank and correct the error with them, then contact us with that information to correct the error and reauthorize your card prior to shipment.

SHIPPING:

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. You must have a valid and verifiable Home or Business address. We do not ship via the U.S. Postal service.

We will not accept any orders outside of The 50 United States. We only ship to the 50 United States. No other orders will be accepted. Service in to Canada has been discontinued as of 02/07/2011

ALASKA AND HAWAII:

Ground Rates generally will not apply: The most accurate shipping price is to select Second Day shipping for the most accurate freight prices for your order. If you select any other shipping option you will be contacted via email with a shipping quote for your approval.

GROUND SHIPPING: Regular UPS and FedEx

Ground shipping cost calculations are estimated from UPS or Fed-ex. Most of our shipments will be shipped via regular UPS or Fed-ex. Ground shipping can take anywhere from one day for shipments within Arizona to 5 days to the east coast. These are estimated from when your order is available to ship complete, not from the day you ordered the parts.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: TWO DAY AND THREE DAY

Expedited Shipping: Several factors and options are available. Second Day and Three Day Express: as long as the part is in stock and available to ship. Any expedited shipping for parts that are not in stock begin once the part is in stock and available to ship. Please note: The day a part ships is not included in your shipping time estimation. All shipping times are based on business days excluding the shipping day, weekends and holidays.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

Overnight Shipping: Is by quote only. TBD means “To Be Determined”. You are strongly urged to contact us prior to ordering any part for Overnight Delivery. If you order without contacting us for a quote you will receive a phone call or email with a quote for your approval. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive approval.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING: SHOPPING CART

In your shopping cart your shipping is listed as “ESTIMATED SHIPPING” in most cases this will cover your freight, in some instances additional freight will be required due to size, weight or additional length that exceeds UPS or FedEx dimensional weight ratios. In some cases additional freight can be required for delivery to rural addresses. You will be notified via email if additional freight is required for your approval. Your item will not ship until you approve the additional freight.

OVERSIZE FREIGHT: LTL FREIGHT (LESS THAN TRUCKLOAD)

Occasionally, when the item(s) is/are too large to ship via UPS or Fed-Ex, we will use UPS or Fed-Ex freight. Please note that items that are to be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex freight Less than Truckload shipping aka LTL are NOT eligible for Second Day or Overnight Delivery.

NOTE: Oversize items, Heavy Weight and Hazardous items, including but not limited to bumper components (bumper covers), body panels, fenders, fender liners, engines, transmissions, SRS Airbags and their components (US ONLY) and accessory cargo trays, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. Please note if you require a truck with a lift gate to off-load your order. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If you order oversize parts under the regular ground freight shipping which states (no oversize) your order will be flagged and you will be given a Freight Quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

PACKAGING:

All of the items listed on this site are Genuine Factory Parts. On rare occasions we will repackage your order before shipping due to its size; therefore, they may not arrive in the original factory packaging. We will carefully package the items and reinforce the packaging if necessary.

BACKORDERS:

In the rare event of a backorder, we will give customer the option to cancel their order. If the customer is willing to wait, the customer's credit card will not be charged until the parts arrive at our warehouse and is ready for shipping.

DISCLAIMER:

We are not responsible for Diagram mistakes, typos and errors (required quantity, trim level, color, or emissions parts etc.). If you are concerned or not sure about parts you are ordering, please feel free to contact us with your VIN number handy!

RETURN POLICY: IMPORTANT

NO RETURNS WITHOUT A PRE-AUTHORIZATION: YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER ISSUED FOR US TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.

No refunds after 30 days. No returns on electrical items. No return on special order parts. No returns on fuel related parts, high performance parts, or SRS airbags or seatbelts.

If your part is accepted for return: Your return must be in the original packaging, box or bag. The part must be completely resalable or returnable to and free of grease, dirt or marks on the packaging.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the correct part is higher than the one you originally purchased the difference is your responsibility. If you wish to return the incorrect part without a replacement part you will receive a full refund providing the part meets the return criteria mentioned above. If the order error is the customers, the original charges for shipping and handling are not refundable, nor is the cost to return the part to us.

Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under your account on our site). All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.

To process a return: Log in and click the order status icon located on the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the order number for the item that is being returned. In the next screen, click the return button by the part description of the part you want to return and choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu. We will then send you a Return Authorization number but please be aware we must research your order and return request first.

At this point when you receive a RMA you can ship the item back to us. Write this number visibly on the label. Please include either the original packing slip or the item order number with the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable.

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

No warranty on the accuracy and reliability of the content on this site, there is no guarantee. The content from or through this site is provided “AS IS” and all warranties, either expressed or implied are disclaimed including, without limitation, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We assume no liability for any error, bugs, viruses, omissions or other problems with the content on this site. To the fullest extent of the law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the content on this site or the materials, information and functions made accessible by the software used or accessed through tradmotion.com whom is our host or factoryhondaparts.com, for any products or services or hypertext links to third party sites, or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through this site or any further linked site. PARTS WARRANTIES:

All of the genuine Subaru Parts and Accessories we sell are covered by each Manufacturer’s 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty.

All Remanufactured parts are covered by a, 36-month 36,000-mile warranty.

All Subaru Remanufactured parts are covered by Each Manufacturers 12-month, 12,000 mile warranty.

All of the non-Original Equipment items are covered by their respective manufacture’s warranties.

All open box, discontinued, or as-is merchandise if listed, is sold without any warranty expressed or implied.

All of the OEM Parts we sell are only designed to for use US market cars.

All warranties only apply to the parts installed on the listed year and model of US market car within the US.

There is no warranty coverage of any type for items that are removed from the US installed on non-US vehicles or engines. Items installed on models, engines or years that they are not listed for are not covered by any warranty.

SALES TAX

An 8.8% sales tax is applied to all Subaru orders shipped to Arizona shipping addresses.

Pricing

We try our best effort to have an error-free website, occasional errors are possible. If the correct price is less than advertised, we will always charge you the lower price. If the correct price is higher than what is shown on the website, factoryhondaparts.com will always offer you the choice of paying the higher price or canceling the order. If the price shown online is different from the price of the item in the shopping cart please contact us prior to ordering for the correct price.

Prices are only valid for orders placed online through our websites and shipped to you, or will-called at our front parts counter.

ORDER STATUS

To Check Order Status or to read and respond to a notification that you have been sent a message from our site, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the website and click on the “Login” link;
  2. Enter your username and password;
  3. Click on the “Your Account” link;
  4. You can read and respond to messages about your order by clicking on “messages”;
  5. You can view your orders status and track your package’s progress by clicking on “Order Status" Upon order creation we strongly urge you to check your email settings to allow email from the following email addresses: emailService@trademotion.com and partsdistro@myimportparts.com as these email addresses will contain important information about your order. If you did not receive an account creation, order confirmation or order update emails, please check your spam and junk email folders or your ISP's spam settings (EarthLink) to make sure you are not missing messages. We are not responsible for any delays on your order due to missing or blocked emails.
